About Casa Rudd
Your Ultimate Stay
Our recently renovated villa boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 8-10 people. All bedrooms have either Super King, King or Double sized beds. There is an open plan modern Kitchen/Diner that offers two Neff ovens, an induction hob, microwave, wine cooler, American size fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a filtered tap for drinking water along with a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 lounge areas to choose from, one is located in the kitchen/diner area and the other is upstairs located by the top terraces. This sofa also converts into a sofa bed.
To the outside there is a 10m x 5m heated pool (when required) and several seating areas for eating and relaxing. Sun loungers are perfectly located to be in the sun all day but there are also parasols and awnings for shade.
There is a garage and a parking space on the drive along with free on street parking outside.

The modern interior gives ample space for cooking and relaxing with family and friends. There are two lounge areas, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor which boasts views of the sea, the nature reserve and gives access to the upstairs terraces/solarium.
Elegant Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Indulge in the luxurious and elegant designs that exude comfort and style. From cozy spaces with decorative accents to modern bedrooms with soft lighting, our designs create the perfect retreat. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fan and air conditioning. Bathrooms are newly renovated and complete with shower, toilet and sink. The master bathroom also boasts a free standing bath tub.
